Part of therapy, whether couples or individual, is about helping each individual come fully, authentically alive in a way that is uniquely “them.” The other part is about helping that individual to connect to others from that aliveness. Our individual wellbeing begins to break down when, for whatever reason, we feel disconnected, different, or experience a lack of supportive relationships. In both individual and couples therapy, we place significant focus on helping our clients feel greater satisfaction, security, and support in their primary relationships.
